i got an extra day off from army to compensate for the weekend used up for field camp. upon recapping last week in army had been totally packed and tiring with a situational test and lots of standard obstacle courses lessons. with my graduation coming at the end of this month, i do hope to see myself pass out along with the rest. the stress is there considering i am only at 2 chin up now.... and i need to get it up to 6 real soon. need to pass out, and wants to pass out. the situational test didn't well too bad on hindsight. felt that i won't be very popular, but i did enough to show that i do have a bit of natural flair in leadership, and have been slacking most of the time. hehe, to all the ocs wannabe, don't be like me. but i don't think i wasn't really to blame, almost all mission require knots tying and frankly, i sux at knots and i didn't pay attention to the knots lessons conducted...oops. so i spent a large part of the tests idling around as i simply knew nothing to help the team out. but hey give credit to me for my efficiency, on the mission when i was put in charge, i complete the task in half the allocated time despite knowing nuts...haha. i have alsp made a drastic move, to give up passing standard obstacle course and concentrate all my efforts on my ippt. drastic measure, but i really want to see it pay off.
much have happened during the bookout. the first thing i did was to attend a firely scholarship tea session and it was only then that i realise something quite unpleasant and daunting. irregardless of the career i choose, i have to get myself prepared to spend a large part of my life abroad. this indeed sux. personally i have been a provincial person who actually didn't really life to leave home. as the saying goes, there is no place like home. even though i spent a large part of my life in the army bunk and have tried my best to make the areas around my bed to be cosy for myself, i would always prefer coming home. i mean who wouldn't? i am the sort of person who gets homesickness real easily, and hey, what lies ahead of me in my life actually don't sound enticing... damn. life has been making a fool out of me. with no success in gals, and then army and next such a career path. may indeed consider immigrating abroad to the a country which provide a 1 stop shop full of opportunities. and i think somewhere in europe would be preferable.
watched the worthington cup final last night. a typical nerve wrecking experience. i get that feeling everytime when liverpool play. why in the world is gerard houllier build such a team which allow the opponent to dominate and take the offensive? as a fan watching, its a horrible experience. so many near goals attempt were made. and on many occasion i am convinced that manchester could score. nevertheless it was quite an memorable experience to watch it at clark quay and for the first time, i drank alcohol. even now i do feel abit guilty for doing that. and all my peers could offer was, no one drink non- alcoholic drinks at places like that. they ordered some a jug of what seems to sound like whisky blended with sprite or whatever. got the bitter sweet feeling when i drank it. good thing i didn't get drunk. or maybe i did...haha. its for you people to find out. but hey, after a disappointing season which saw me almost want to give up watching soccer, liverpool, well done. a well deserved victory with actually quite a bit of luck on your side.
